Graphitization furnace application  :

 
Commonly used within 3000 ℃ high temperature furnace, can be used for all kinds of high thermal conductivity graphite film (PI film), lithium battery cathode materials, carbonization and graphitization of carbon material production; Carbon fiber filaments and other materials are set for sintering in a carbon environment.
 

Graphitization furnace characteristics :

 
1. The highest working temperature: 3200 ℃ and normal temperature: 2900 ℃.
2. Working environment: replace Ar2 with vacuum and N2 protection (micro-positive pressure)
3. The temperature measurement, infrared temperature measurement range of 1000 ~ 3000 ℃ or 0 ~ 3000 ℃; Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.2~ 0.75%.

Graphitization furnace temperature uniformity :
 
This equipment adopts induction heating of medium frequency power source, high efficiency: the unique design of furnace body can greatly improve the temperature uniformity.
