The equipment adopts medium frequency power supply induction heating with high efficiency: unique furnace design greatly improves furnace temperature uniformity. 1. Full-automatic control, intuitive display of various parameters data on touch screen, perfect alarm and shutdown protection device. Water and electricity automatic control, easy to operate.
2. The power cabinet adopts fully sealed structure. The cabinet is equipped with water-cooled and air-cooled radiators. It does not exchange heat with the outside air. The advanced temperature control system adopts imported digital display intelligent temperature control meter. It can communicate with PLC and complete the temperature measurement and control process automatically and accurately. The system can raise temperature according to the given heating curve and store 20 heating curves of 400 different processes.
3. Closed internal circulation pure water cooling system and digital flow monitoring system are adopted, each water is protected by flowmeter monitoring.
4. The high performance gas purifier developed and produced by CAS can reduce the oxygen content of gas to 1PPMV and the dew point temperature to -70 C.
5. Furnace body conversion adopts our company's special high-performance IF converter to avoid the bad contact phenomena such as the traditional contactor's ignition.
6. According to the heating time and technological requirements, a single power supply cabinet can be equipped with multiple furnace bodies, and the heating and cooling of a single furnace body can be accomplished separately, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
