The vacuum high temperature sintering furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell, heating element, insulating reflecting screen, vacuum system, electric control system, etc.
1.The furnace shell is of double-layer water-cooled structure, the inner layer is of polished stainless steel, and the outer layer is of high-quality anti carbon steel. The cooling water passes between the two layers. The side of the furnace is equipped with water-cooled electrodes, thermocouples and observation holes.
2.Heating element is made of high temperature tungsten wire or high temperature tantalum sheet. Reasonable layout is helpful to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature.
3. The insulating reflective screen is made of tungsten, tantalum and stainless steel. Vacuum cleaning reduces gas emissions.
4.The vacuum system is composed of oil diffusion pump and mechanical pump. Vacuum valve is a high vacuum flapper valve designed and produced by our company. It can realize automatic control of high vacuum and low vacuum through digital display and PLC.
5.The main circuit of the electrical control system is low-voltage and high current input, and the control cabinet is manufactured according to Siemens standard. The imported digital display program controller automatically controls the heating or cooling of the temperature. The panel of the control cabinet is designed with a graphic analog screen, humanized design, simple and direct operation. The control circuit has the function of automatic protection and audible and visual alarm. When the water breaks, the temperature is too high and the current is too high.
