Vacuum furnace, heating power will be affected by various factors, such as the recalibration of the heating power of the vacuum furnace with the use of time, the thermal resistance of the heat shield will become smaller, the volatilization of electrothermal components and resistance become larger, and other factors, should be properly increased power. Maintenance and maintenance of heat shield plays the role of heat insulation and heat preservation in vacuum furnace, and sometimes serves as the structural basis of fixed heater.
There are four types of heat shield structure: all-metal heat shield, sandwich heat shield, graphite felt heat shield and mixed felt heat shield.


The main points of different heat shields should be mastered in maintenance. If the temperature is not up to standard in cryogenic experiments, we should see the same rate of temperature reduction. If the temperature drop is relatively slow, it is necessary to check whether there is no drying treatment in the working room. The studio needs to dry and put too many test materials before the experiment, so that the air inside can not be recycled. If not, it needs to check the equipment in the refrigeration system, and the refrigeration equipment needs to be inspected by professionals.


The automatic control system of vacuum furnace needs to detect the vacuum degree, temperature parameters, process operation parameters and state of degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber, and ensure the control output of process temperature control requirements of each chamber. There are mainly the following items:
1) Detection parameters: temperature value of three temperature detection points in degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber, pressure value in vacuum furnace, vacuum degree in furnace, etc.
2) Detection status: over-temperature alarm, over-pressure alarm and water shortage alarm in degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber;
3) Heating is given: by controlling the operation of the temperature control meter, the heating power supply can be adjusted to change the temperature in the furnace. The temperature of each chamber is sampled by thermocouple. The temperature of the furnace body measured is compared with the temperature required by the process, and the deviation is calculated. The temperature control meter controls the heating current of the heating power supply plate by calculating the deviation according to certain rules, so as to control the temperature.
4) Control output: control the conveyor mechanism to make the truck transport between degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber, control the action of diffusion pump, Roots pump, mechanical pump, main valve, rough pump valve, front valve, etc., to achieve the required vacuum environment.
