Vacuum hot-pressing furnace is mainly used in teaching, scientific research, production and other aspects. It is specifically used for high temperature sintering and hot-pressing of non-metallic materials, carbon-carbon composite materials, ceramic materials, carbide alloys, synthetic diamond tools and metal powder materials under vacuum or protective atmosphere. It can also be used for diffusion welding of various materials (such as ceramics, alloys, diamonds, etc.).
The furnace can carry out vacuum hot pressing sintering below 2300 C and protective atmosphere hot pressing sintering above 2300 C. Precision electrical control system can precisely control the hot pressing sintering temperature, pressing speed and so on. The pressure speed of the cylinder can be adjusted, and the working pressure can be adjusted according to the requirements of operation technology; the temperature control can be adjusted, and the constant temperature state can be maintained in a certain temperature range.
