The centralized control system of KJ-M1400-S1400 temperature lifting double pusher bell cover and furnace are designed separately. Furnace lining is made of high purity alumina poly light material by vacuum forming. The straight silicon carbon rod is used as heating element, and the furnace material is made of high purity alumina refractory fiber, which has high temperature, small heat storage and good heat preservation performance. Reasonable structure, double shell inside and outside, air cooling and heat dissipation.
Scope of application:
KJ-M1400-S1400 elevating double-trolley bell cover furnace is suitable for heat treatment process of metal materials, dispensing, pre-sintering and firing, quenching and tempering of electronic components, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials and other products. College laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises laboratories, for chemical analysis, physical determination and sintering and melting of metals, ceramics, etc.
It is mainly composed of heating and insulation system, temperature control system, truck control system, temperature measurement system and intake and exhaust system.
1 heating and insulation system
High-quality silicon-carbon rod is used as heating element, which has long service life and easy maintenance; high-quality polycrystalline alumina fiber is used as furnace material, which has good thermal insulation performance; double-layer shell is used for furnace body, air-cooled structure, beautiful and generous machine, and the surface temperature of furnace body has no burning sensation.
2. Temperature Control System
Temperature control adopts PID intelligent program temperature control system, 30-section programmable automatic control of heating process; operation adopts 7-inch touch screen of Kunlun Tongtai, dynamic display of heating curve, built-in paperless recorder function, heating history data can be inquired, stored and downloaded, which facilitates fine operation of industrial system.
3. Train Control System
The feeding truck adopts double-feeding truck for cyclic charging and feeding operation; the automatic control of feeding truck track entry and exit, the lifting of feeding truck adopts hydraulic pressure to enter and exit the heating furnace smoothly; the bottom of the feeding truck is designed with burning plate to facilitate slag cleaning.

5 Intake and Exhaust System
Intake is controlled by ball valve, which protects gas from entering furnace through valve, exhaust gas is discharged through top exhaust port, and top exhaust port is designed to open and close valve manually to control exhaust rate; inlet outlet is equipped with external float flowmeter.
