The sintering microwave heat treatment furnace is composed of double-layer water-cooled vacuum sealed stainless steel heating chamber, which is connected with vacuum and gas permeation system and provides a highly controllable environment for sample processing. The energy is transmitted to the sample load through the direct energy transfer of high precision micro-heads, which can provide up to 6 kW microwave power and heat the sample to the temperature limited only by the most advanced technology of insulating materials.
