Energy-saving vacuum metal sintering furnace This product is composed of furnace cover, furnace body, furnace bottom, crucible rotating mechanism, vacuum system and power supply control system.
Furnace body cover body, bottom adopt double water cooling structure, keep shell temperature no more than 60 C. The opening mode of the furnace cover is manual, and the furnace cover is provided with observation holes and baffles. In order to add alloy elements in the melting process, the alloy feeder is specially arranged on the furnace cover. There is an induction coil in the furnace body. By manually rotating the handle outside the furnace, the molten liquid in the crucible can be easily poured into the ingot mould. The ingot mould can be designed to be water-cooled. The upper part of the crucible is provided with a temperature measuring device.
Vacuum system adopts two-stage pumps, namely K-300 oil diffusion pump and 2X-70 mechanical pump, equipped with electromagnetic ventilation valve, to avoid oil return after power failure. The vacuum unit is equipped with an exhaust valve and an inflatable valve.
If the power supply can choose KGPS thyristor IGBT integrated power supply, full digital circuit, etc. Electrical system is equipped with over-current, over-voltage feedback and protection circuit.
