VOQ dual-cavity design can meet your ever-changing application needs. According to the process requirements, users can choose oil quenching or inert gas quenching (up to 2 bar positive pressure). The following features make the furnace very flexible to use:
A vacuum sealed internal door allows the hot zone to remain in vacuum and temperature while eliminating vapor migration between the two chambers.
Work treatment fork is integrated into quenching mechanism to temporarily enter hot zone to prevent contamination of vacuum chamber and oil.
Provide uniform quenching.
