Pulsed plasma system includes vacuum chamber, auxiliary heating system, thermal insulation system, temperature measurement system, bell jar hoisting system, process gas circulation system, cooling system, process control system and ion generator system. Among them, the ion generator system is the exclusive design of SIMUWU Company, which can completely avoid the occurrence of arc striking and has obvious energy-saving effect. The furnace body can be bell jar design, well furnace or horizontal design. According to the size of the equipment, the heating control zone is equipped with at least three groups of heaters with independent control of heating and cooling, through which excellent uniformity of temperature can be obtained.


Low temperature ion nitriding furnace process characteristics:

Good homogeneity is achieved by hot wall technology.
The process gas consumption is less and there is no pollution gas.
Flexible nitriding temperature, temperature range 300 - 600 C;
The white bright layer can be controlled.
Stainless steel can be treated.
Sintered steel can be treated.
Pulse ion nitriding-oxidation process can be integrated in the same furnace process.
