1.Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace Body: adopt double layer water interlayer structure, inner wall is polished by stainless steel (SUS304), outer wall is welded into cylinder structure by high quality carbon steel and flange group, sealing groove is set up on flange plane, vacuum sealing is adopted by O-ring, water cooling device is set up (to prevent aging of O-ring due to excessive temperature), air-pumping hole is set up, etc. Steps are set up to facilitate operation.


2. Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace Cover: double-layer water interlayer head structure and flange group are welded into a whole, the inner wall is polished by stainless steel, the outer wall is high-quality carbon steel, with water cooling device, feeding device (containing a variety of alloy accessories), multi-station rotating observation window, locking device, etc. Furnace cover is opened by manual spring, closed by hand, and locked manually when working.


3. Bottom of the furnace: The structure of double-layer water interlayer head is also used to weld the cylinder body. The inner casting platform or hole (for casting long ingot) is set up together with water cooling device. The outer wall of the bottom of the furnace is welded with a pillar to support the furnace body and the connection and fixing of the furnace body.


4. Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace Frame: The steel plate group is welded into a cabinet frame structure, and the furnace body is placed on the furnace frame.


5. Water cooling system: It is composed of various valves, pressure gauges, inlet and outlet water pipes and other related devices, and has the functions of alarming and cutting off heating power supply. The water pipes are made of steam rubber hoses.


6. Induction coil: It is made of high quality rectangular copper tube, which is wound into inner cooling water and connected with external nozzle. Drawing lessons from the sensor structure of German Leibo Company, the structure is firm, the operation is convenient, the power matching is good, the service life is long and the deformation is not easy.


7. Medium frequency power supply: 100KVA, KGPS medium frequency power supply and water-cooled cable are used. The average power factor of the system is over 0.85. The three-phase rectifier of KGPS thyristor variable frequency power supply can keep high DC voltage. Corresponding operation is simple and maintenance is convenient. The medium frequency power supply is fed into the inductor in the furnace through coaxial electrodes, which are connected with the water-cooled cable outside the furnace to supply power. Rectifier frequency control uses a set of control board to control, compact structure, capacitance and reactor are all in one cabinet body, occupying less space, using the German standard cabinet body, equipped with vacuum pump switch button, beautiful appearance, reasonable layout.


8. Operating mechanism of main electrode and rotary bearing: the electrode, bending electrode and induction coil are connected as a whole. The casting process is completed by turning the crucible through the handle operating mechanism.


9. Vacuum unit: with two-stage pump configuration, a 2X-30 rotary vane type mechanical pump is equipped with vacuum pressure differential valve (to prevent vacuum pump oil from backfilling due to sudden power outage), a K-200 diffusion pump is equipped with 200 vacuum cold trap (to prevent oil vapor from entering furnace chamber), a filter, a_200 manual high vacuum butterfly valve, a_50 manual vacuum butterfly valve and a vacuum pressure. Force gauge, one inflatable valve, one exhaust valve and other components. The connection between the pump and the vacuum pipeline adopts a metal corrugated hose to quickly connect (reduce vibration). The vacuum measurement is carried out by a digital composite vacuum meter. Our company uses advanced helium mass spectrometry vacuum leak detector to detect the pressure rise rate, which can ensure the reliability and accuracy of the technical indicators, and the pressure rise rate indicators are close to or lower than the small value of the national standard.
