The cap of the vertical fuselage has two stretching springs, which are used to balance the weight and open the Bay easily. When the lid is closed, the two springs can also provide good sealing pressure to ensure a good vacuum. However, the horizontal cover uses a rotary locking device. The furnace door opens sideways.
Electrode device: The electrode device on the left side of the furnace body can be used not only as the electrode power supply of the induction heater, but also as the fulcrum of the induction heater and crucible. The electrodes are mounted on the sealed sewing bearing. When the crucible needs to be tilted, it can pour out the metal liquid through and operate the handle on the bearing.
Alloy feeder: There are six kinds of alloy feeder, which can be fed under vacuum or atmospheric protection. Turn 60 degree handwheel, there is a box material into the job hopping, job hopping has a damper plate, which can slow down the material.
Check window: There is a check window on the furnace cover to check the melting condition. The window has a movable awning, which is planned to open in a short time when operated by a handle outside. Therefore, it is closed at normal time to avoid contamination by liquid metal gases due to thermal energy combustion.
Induction heater: An induction heater coil made of rectangular copper is mounted on an electrode. The inner part of the coil can be placed into a moulded crucible.
Temperature measuring device: A temperature measuring device installed on the suction pipe on the right side of the furnace body. When planning to measure temperature, pull up the spring opening and rotate the handle so that the end of the thermocouple enters the metal liquid. Thermocouples and quartz protective tubes prepared by customers. If the customer wants to use infrared temperature measurement, we can also design a location for it.
