Steel/iron induction smelting furnaces are very popular in iron and steel mills and foundries. They are used to preserve and smelt ferrous metals, sponge iron, non-ferrous metals and many other steel scraps. They are used to replace the dome because the end of the dome emits a lot of dust and other dangerous pollutants.
Safety System of Cast Iron Melting Induction Furnace:
Overvoltage protection: When the input voltage exceeds 380V, the machine closes. Overvoltage indicator lights will be on and buzzers will continue to ring. When the voltage is below 380V, the alarm and light will automatically turn off.
Overheat protection: If the sensor detects that the temperature of the radiator exceeds 55 degrees C, the machine will be closed, the overheat lamp will be turned on, and the buzzer will continue to ring. Increase water pressure or lower water temperature until the alarm disappears automatically.
Overcurrent/Failure Protection: If one of the following conditions occurs, the machine will be closed, the indicator lights on and the buzzer will continue to ring:
One of the machine parts is overheated
Detection of interference signal
Short Circuit Between Workpiece and Induction Coil
Induction coils are in contact with each other
Low and Low Hydraulic Pressure Protection: If the water pressure is below the standard pressure, the machine will be closed, the waterproof lamp will be turned on, and the buzzer will continue to ring.
