Silicon-carbon rod and silicon-molybdenum rod are used as heating elements, and special equipment is developed for the production of phosphate glass, borate glass, optical glass, fluorophosphate glass, fluoride glass and new optical glass materials.
The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, which controls the power switch, the main heating work/stop button, voltage, ammeter and computer interface to observe the working state of the system at any time. The product adopts reliable integrated circuit with good working environment and anti-interference. The temperature of the furnace shell at the highest temperature is less than 45 C, which greatly improves the working environment. Microcomputer program control can be used. Programming curve, automatic heating/cooling, temperature control parameters and procedures can be modified in operation, flexible and convenient, simple operation.
Temperature control accuracy: +1 C without overshoot and constant temperature accuracy: +1 C. The heating rate is fast and the fastest heating rate is less than 45/min.
Furnace materials are all made of high-purity alumina poly-light materials by vacuum forming, which have high temperature, low heat storage, rapid heat and quench resistance, no cracks, no slag falling and good heat preservation performance (energy saving effect is more than 60% of the old electric furnace). Reasonable structure, double-layer furnace sleeve inside and outside, air-cooled heat dissipation, can greatly shorten the test cycle.
