Vacuum induction smelting furnace is mainly used for smelting metal materials (such as stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, copper, alloy steel, nickel-cobalt alloy, rare earth neodymium iron liniment, etc.) under vacuum or protective atmosphere by colleges, research institutes and production enterprises. It can also be used for vacuum refining and precision casting of alloy steel.

The application scope and structure of 10 kg vacuum induction melting furnace are described.
Furnace body: adopt double layer water sandwich structure, 304 stainless steel inside and outside wall, mirror polishing inside wall, wire drawing polishing outside wall or matte treatment, furnace body and furnace bottom are welded together, and sealing groove is set on flange plane. The "0" ring is vacuum sealed and water cooling device is installed to prevent aging of the "0" ring due to excessive temperature. The two sides of the furnace body are provided with air exhaust holes and smelting electrode devices.
Furnace Cover: It is made of 304 stainless steel with double-layer sandwich head structure. The furnace cover is equipped with secondary feeding device, temperature measuring device hole, observation window and shielding. Furnace cover electric lifting, smooth operation and convenient operation.
Furnace Frame: Welded by section steel group, used to support the furnace body, and as an operating platform to make the operation more humane.
Vacuum system: It consists of one TRP-36 direct-connected pump, one K-200 oil diffusion pump with cold trap, three high vacuum pneumatic valves, inflatable valve, vent valve, vacuum valve, vacuum pressure gauge (+Pa) and vacuum pipeline. Vacuum system is installed on independent bracket, which is convenient for customers to move and install.
Power supply control system: The power supply adopts intermediate frequency induction power supply, the electrical system has over-current, over-voltage feedback and protection circuit, the electrical control adopts the split integrated control mode, all actions are completed by PLC, the operation status of each component is displayed on touch screen in real time, and the data can be recorded and saved in real time. The data can also be queried and exported. Curve data can be displayed in real time, history and so on. It has strong function enhancement and high automation.
Water cooling system: It is composed of various pipeline valves and other related devices. It has the functions of water pressure under-voltage, water cut-off sound-light alarm and automatic power cut-off to ensure safe operation.
Melting device: There is a water-cooled induction coil outside the crucible in the furnace. The coil leads out of the furnace body through the electrode. When melted, the solution can flow automatically to the bottom of the mould cavity through the operation of the bottom guide device of the crucible to complete the bottom casting.
