The mesh belt conveyor furnace is specially designed for various heat treatment processes, such as hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding, bright annealing, tempering, isothermal annealing and stress elimination. The production line is equipped with loader, pre-washing machine, carburizing quenching furnace, post-cleaning machine, tempering furnace, etc.

Characteristics of continuous mesh belt metal quenching furnace:

1). Mesh belt drive system: high temperature resistant steel rollers are driven by sprockets to be brought into the chamber by circulating trawl. The service life of the mesh belt can be prolonged, the heat loss in the furnace can be reduced, and the thermal efficiency can be improved.

2). A fan is installed in the furnace to ensure uniform temperature and uniform dispersion of carburizing atmosphere, which can improve carburizing speed and work quality.

3). The rear part of the furnace body is equipped with an exhaust fan, which can discharge the exhaust gas in time and improve the gloss of the workpiece surface.

4). The bottom of the furnace body is equipped with a slag removal port to facilitate slag cleaning.

5). The new door seal design can save 55-65% of the atmospheric consumption, and can also increase 30-40% of the high permeability under pressure (> 10-100Pa) than before.
