Product Description of High Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace:
High vacuum box type atmosphere furnace adopts imported 1600 alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good thermal insulation performance and uses imported high quality silicon carbon rods as heating elements. Double shell structure, with air cooling and water cooling system, can quickly cool down, furnace door with circulating water cooling, side open door structure. It can rapidly increase and decrease the temperature to meet the different needs of production and R&D.
Main uses and application scope of high vacuum atmosphere furnace:
It can be used in vacuum or atmospheric heat treatment of electronic components, new materials and powder materials. Also used in metallurgy, machinery, light industry, commodity inspection, institutions of higher learning and scientific research departments, industrial and mining enterprises electronic ceramic products pre-firing, sintering, brazing and other processes.
Main functions and characteristics of high vacuum atmosphere furnace:
1. Vacuum system is diffusion pump unit: diffusion pump + rotary vane vacuum pump. The unit is not suitable for removing gases that corrode metals and react chemically with pump oil. The working environment temperature is 5-40 C, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, and the cooling water temperature is 25 C+5 C.
2. The ultimate vacuum is 6.67 *10-3 PA (cold no-load), the working vacuum is 6.67 *10-2 pa, and the pumping time is about 1.5 hours.
3. The furnace uses alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good thermal insulation, durability, high tensile strength and greatly prolongs service life.
4. High-quality silicon-carbon rod is used as heating element, which has stable heating and long service life.
5. Carbon steel shell, equipped with water-cooling system, protects the sealed silicone gasket while assisting in accelerating cooling speed.
6. Furnace door seal adopts 20mm thick wire-cut flange, inlaid with O-type silicone rubber ring, hand wheel locking;
7. Our software devices are connected with computers through 485 or USB interface, which can realize remote control, real-time tracking, history recording and report output of single or multiple electric furnaces, and can install paperless recording device to realize data storage and output.
8. The vacuum system, inflation system and temperature control system can be programmed automatically by touch screen operation. The operation is simple, convenient and accurate.
