 Pre-oxidation furnace

This type of furnace is used for the pre-oxidation process of binder-based carbon fibers, asphalt-based carbon fibers and PAN-based carbon fibers. It is of the unique hot air circulating structure, the advanced air return duct design makes the oxygen content of the hearth full, the airflow temperature in the furnace is uniform, the temperature field uniformity ±1.5 is realized, so as to ensure the consistent oxidation density of the whole tow belt.

According to the output requirements, three different air blowing methods make sure the linear large molecular chains of the filaments are transformed into a heat resistant gradient structure after the pre-oxidation, the products are not fused or burned, so as to make sure the fiber forms are unchanged when in high-temperature carbonization.

The inside of the furnace is an inner hearth of an anti-corrosive stainless structure, the cleanliness is high, the appearance is attractive and the structure is stable.

The whole-fiber ultra-lightweight material insulates heat, so that the overall energy consumption is lower, energy is saved and the environment is protected. It is the ideal equipment for producing high-performance carbon fiber materials.

 Low- and medium-temperature carbonization furnace

Fully understand the filament carbonization process. The designed temperature is 300~1150, a temperature gradient from low to high is formed, so that the pyrolysis process is step by step. The air-circuit system is unique, the air curtain is labyrinth-like, the oxygen content within the hearth is ≤10ppm, the waste gas exhaust system can make the pyrolysis process generate a lot of waste gas and tar, and they are exhausted out of the hearth instantaneously. The water-cooled device is arranged on the outlet end, so that the fibers are cooled down to be lower than 500 and then enter the external space, so as to prevent oxidation.
