Iron core vacuum annealing furnace is mainly used for annealing transformer core and magnet.
The application of aluminosilicate and stainless steel in its thermal insulation structure enables the cold wall vacuum tempering furnace to achieve good thermal insulation performance under vacuum. Equally spaced multi-zone temperature-controlled heaters on the wide flat nickel-chromium wall can ensure uniform heating in the furnace, and the maximum heating temperature is 900ºC. The furnace is mainly suitable for the annealing of transformer coils, iron cores, transformer windings, copper, steel strips and other materials. The annealed product has a good finish, eliminates machining stress and oxidation, and restores grain deformation. Due to the unique degassing, purifying and deoxidizing effects of the vacuum heating process, the product's content of harmful foreign matter (such as carbon or hydrogen) will decrease; on the contrary, its magnetic force will increase. In addition, due to the adoption of the damper-assisted chiller, the production cycle can be greatly shortened.
