Roots vacuum pump for the food industry

Roots vacuum pump is a kind of crude vacuum equipment, it is widely used in papermaking, chemical industry, medicine, building materials, food, clothing, sugar and other industries, is the paper industry round net part of the suction tank or long net paper machine net part of the suction tank vacuum dewatering ideal equipment. Compared with water ring vacuum pump, ZBK series roots vacuum pump has the advantages of high pumping speed, high efficiency, compact structure, small volume, convenient maintenance, long life and low power consumption. The suction medium shall be a mixture of dry and wet air or water, but the medium shall not contain granular substances, high dust gases or corrosive substances.

 

The structure of roots vacuum pump is shown in figure 1, which is mainly composed of two ends 1, pump body 5 and a pair of "8" shaped rotor 3. There is a certain clearance between the working faces of the "8" shaped rotor, and the relative positions of the two rotors are determined. Therefore, adjusting the clearance or relative position of the two rotors is achieved by adjusting the relative position of the synchronous gears. The motor drives the active rotor to rotate through the triangle belt, and drives another rotor through the synchronous gear to make the two rotors keep rotating synchronously. The suction side volume expands while working, eliminates the side volume contraction, and completes the exhaust and suction function, resulting in the system vacuum.

The outlet of the pump body has a muffler box, and at the same time with stable pressure, sealing effect, improve the working efficiency of the pump body.
