DRF Series Roots Vacuum Pump
DRF Roots Vacuum Pump is a well-developed vacuum pump equipment, which is helpful to expand the working range of vacuum pump under low inlet pressure after combining with the front vacuum pump:
1. Improve the vacuum.
If equipped with Roots vacuum pump, the system vacuum can be increased by an order of magnitude. The performance of the two-stage Roots vacuum pump may be higher.

When rotating in high speed mode, a pair of Roots pump rotors will not contact each other, which means that small Roots pump can also have high pumping speed. By choosing a suitable Roots pump, the front vacuum pump can pump large capacity air at low speed. Compared with the single-speed front vacuum pump, it can significantly reduce energy consumption.

2). Hydraulic transmission device can automatically adjust the pumping speed, even if the pump works under high pressure, the motor will not overload or overheat.
3). Compared with the traditional direct drive, Roots vacuum pump will not be damaged even when the foreign body inlet pressure changes suddenly or ambitiously, and the stop failure rate can be greatly reduced.
