Electric Rotary Vane Coating Vacuum Pumps Description
2XZ-2 vacuum pump is a two-stage high-speed direct coupling structure rotary vane vacuum pump, which is the basic equipment for pumping sealed container gas. Its exhaust speed is 2L/s (50Hz), 2.4L/s (60Hz); partial pressure is less than 6*10-2Pa; motor power is 0.37kw; oil content is 1L. The pump chamber is provided with a rotor, and the rotor slot is provided with a rotating blade. The rotor drives the rotating blade to rotate. The rotating blade is close to the chamber wall. The air inlet and the exhaust outlet are separated. The air inlet area of the chamber is expanded periodically. The volume of the exhaust chamber is reduced periodically and the compressed gas is compressed. The exhaust valve is opened and the vacuum is obtained. Its working performance consists of two parts: high level and low level. When the equipment is vacuum, the exhaust valve of the high-pressure class closes, and the high-pressure class will be transferred to the second stage. Through the second stage of inhalation and discharge of the vacuum equipment, it can obtain a certain degree of vacuum. Pump connecting shaft adopts motor, which has fast speed, compact shape, compact structure and convenient movement.

When the inlet pressure is greater than 6500Pa, the continuous working time should not exceed 3 minutes to avoid damage to the pump by fuel injection. When the inlet pressure is less than 1330 pa, it can work continuously for a long time.
