2XZ type direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment used to extract gases from sealed containers. It can act independently, and can also be used as the front pump of booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, etc. to maintain the pump and the pre-pump of titanium pump. It can be used in the manufacture of electric vacuum devices, thermos bottles, vacuum welding, printing, plastic absorption, refrigeration equipment repair and instrument matching. Because of its small size, light weight and low operating noise, it is more suitable for laboratory use.
In the ambient temperature range of 540, the intake pressure is less than 1.3 *103 Pa, allowing long-term continuous operation. When the relative humidity of the extracted gas is greater than 90%, the air ballast valve should be opened.
The intake port of a direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump shall not be more than one minute continuous and smooth in atmospheric operation when pumping air.
Direct rotary vane vacuum pumps are not suitable for extracting gases that corrode metals, react chemically with pump oil, contain particulate dust, and contain excessive oxygen, explosive and toxic gases.
2XZ direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump working principle:
2XZ type direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump is a two-stage high-speed direct-connected rotary vane vacuum pump (hereinafter referred to as the direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump). It has an eccentrically mounted rotor in the pump chamber and a rotor blade in the rotor slot. When the rotor drives the blade to rotate, the blade is close to the wall of the chamber, separating the intake and exhaust ports, and expanding the volume of the intake chamber periodically, while the volume of the exhaust chamber shrinks periodically and compresses the gas, pushing the exhaust valve to exhaust, thus obtaining vacuum. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the working principle of a single-stage pump. Two stages are formed by two single stages in series.
Direct rotary vane vacuum pump is equipped with air ballast valve, which has the function of prolonging the use time of pump oil and preventing pump oil from mixing with water.
Direct rotary vane vacuum pump has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low noise and easy start. In addition, there are measures to prevent oil return without measures to prevent oil leakage from polluting the site.
