When we install the water-ring vacuum pump, if we add other unnecessary accessories or unreasonable pipeline installation, it will often lead to unnecessary energy loss of the water-ring pump and reduce its efficiency. In order to ensure the efficient operation of the water-ring vacuum pump, we need to master several energy-saving measures.

1. The water ring vacuum pump is inclined or the volute is turned so that the outlet is in the pool.
2. Shorten the pipeline of vacuum pump or expand the outlet pipe diameter to reduce diesel consumption.
3. Mouth ring, adjust the axial clearance, to avoid impeller opening ring and axial clearance inappropriate.
4. Eliminate pipeline blockage in time to avoid foreign matter remaining in the inlet pipe, impeller or guide shell runner, so as to reduce the water output.
5. Air is injected into the vacuum pump, and the water output will be significantly reduced. Therefore, the sealing parts should be inspected and maintained.
6. Using direct transmission of coupling instead of flat belt can improve transmission efficiency.
Mastering the energy-saving measures of the above six-point water ring vacuum pump, using the pump correctly according to the instructions and debugging it regularly can not only effectively avoid unnecessary energy consumption of the vacuum pump, but also help to prolong its service life.
