2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps structure and characteristics:
As a new generation of energy-saving products, 2BV6 series water-ring vacuum pumps will replace SK, 2SK, W, WY, WL series water-ring vacuum pumps and reciprocating vacuum pumps with excellent performance and many advantages.
Compared with the domestic similar SK, 2SK, SZ water ring vacuum pumps, it has the following characteristics:
1. Coaxial direct connection design of pump, which saves space and is easy to install.
2. All the mechanical seals imported from abroad are used as standard configurations.
3. 2BV6 series are all equipped with cavitation protection pipe interface. If working under the limit pressure, opening the cavitation protection pipe interface (or connecting with the separator) can eliminate cavitation sound and protect the pump under the condition of maximizing the suction effect.
4. Aluminum bronze impeller has high strength and durability, and improves the corrosion resistance of the pump. If the overflow parts are made of stainless steel, they can work in a more harsh environment.
5. Unique flexible exhaust design, will not produce over-compression, ensure that 2BA6 in its performance range of the best efficiency.
6. All of them adopt Y2 series motors, IP54 and IP55 (commonly IP44)
7. All imported bearings of NTN or NSK are used.
