The 2BV stainless steel double stage water ring vacuum pump is a coaxial direct coupling design, and the pump body is directly installed on the motor. The rotation of the impeller is driven by the motor shaft, so that the working fluid forms a liquid ring in the elliptical pump body (the working fluid plays the role of sealing medium, compressing medium and cooling medium at the same time, without wear, no eccentricity of the impeller relative to the rotating liquid ring). As a result, as the piston moves in the cylinder, the liquid moves back and forth in the space between the blades, which causes the gas to be drawn in and compressed. In the suction stage, the liquid ring moves away from the hub, and the pumped medium (gas) is sucked axially from the suction port. In the exhaust stage, the liquid ring gradually approaches the hub and exhausts the pumped medium (gas) axially from the exhaust port to vacuumize. In addition, the external liquid pipeline connected to the pump body is continuously filled with liquid to supplement the liquid carried by the discharged gas.
