high pressure blower working principle:
When the blades of the high-pressure blower rotate, the wind vane makes the gas move forward and outward under the action of centrifugal force, resulting in a series of spiral movements.
The air between the impeller blades accelerates rotation, and the air outside the pump body is pushed into the side slot (through the inlet). The gas is compressed as it enters the side channel and returns between the impeller blades for another accelerated rotation.
As the air passes through the blades and side slots along the spiral channels, each blade increases its compression and acceleration levels. As the blades rotate, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, which in turn increases the pressure of the gas through the side channels.
When the air reaches the connection between the side slot and the release flange (the side channel narrows at the outlet), the gas will be immediately squeezed out of the blades and released from the pump body through the silencer at the outlet.
