Guided missile heat treatment

A missile is a type of aircraft that carries a warhead, which is propelled by its own power device and guided by a guidance system to control the flight path. The winged missiles directly attack the target as a whole. After the ballistic missile flies to a predetermined height and position, the projectile is separated from the warhead and the warhead performs the task of attacking the target. The payload that destroys a missile's target is the warhead (or warhead). It can be a nuclear charge, a conventional charge, a chemical warfare agent, a biological warfare agent, or an electromagnetic pulse. Among them, conventional explosives are called conventional missiles; nuclear missiles are equipped with nuclear missiles. Intercontinental ballistic missiles are also the backbone of the nuclear Trinity.

Vacuum Heat Treatment is the process in which metallic/steel parts are exposed completely or partially to time-temperature sequences in order to change the mechanical and/or corrosion properties. There are numerous application areas,

Annealing

Hardening

Tempering

Aging

Case hardening

to achieve a higher strength of the material, better wear resistance or to improve the corrosion behaviour of the components.
