Why choose a vacuum system?
Vacuum units are mainly used to suck air and other non-condensable and non-corrosive gases. They are widely used in various vacuum systems requiring large pumping speed and low and high vacuum. They are preferred for rough and medium vacuum systems. For example: vacuum smelting, degassing of molten steel, vacuum sintering, dynamic vacuum acquisition in large-scale space simulation experiments, vacuum impregnation treatment of power capacitors and transformers, exhaust from automatic production lines of fluorescent lamps and bulbs, continuous exhaust of insulating bottles and galls, pre-extraction in vacuum coating equipment, exhaust in magnesium reduction process, degassing in single crystal silicon refining process, etc.
There are two main types of applications of vacuum systems in vacuum smelting.
Roots Slide Valve Vacuum System: Roots Slide Valve Vacuum System is mainly roots pump, sliding valve pump as the front pump to obtain high and medium vacuum equipment. The unit consists of Roots pump, slide valve pump, pipeline (including stainless steel bellows), valve puller and so on. The vacuum unit consisting of sliding valve pump and Roots pump is non-corrosive and does not react with pump oil. A small amount of condensable gas can be extracted under the condition of open valve. Under certain circumstances, long-term operation has the advantages of energy saving, no vibration and small area. It is widely used in vacuum smelting, copper degassing, vacuum drying, vacuum soaking, vacuum concentration, vacuum simulator, electronic device exhaust, and other vacuum operations.
Roots Rotary Vacuum System: Roots Rotary Vacuum System is a medium and high vacuum equipment with Roots pump as the main pump and Rotary vane pump as the front pump. The unit consists of Roots pump, rotary vane pump, pipeline (including bellows), valve, pull box and so on. Its greatest characteristics are: first, it makes up for the drawback of reducing the pumping speed of the two-stage rotary vane pump at 1000-1pa; second, it has remarkable energy-saving effect compared with the two-stage rotary vane pump with the same pumping speed. Compared with other types of mechanical pumps, the former stage has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low noise and high vacuum. Suitable for pumping clean gas which is non-corrosive and does not react chemically with pump oil. A small amount of condensable gas can also be extracted under the condition of gas town. The unit can be used not only as a sobbing equipment, but also as a front-stage or pre-pumping equipment for higher vacuum acquisition equipment (such as diffusion pump). It is widely used in vacuum smelting, liquid steel degassing, vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation, vacuum concentration, vacuum decolorization and deodorization, etc.
