vacuum sintering furnace process

Intelligent temperature control system can control sintering process of vacuum sintering furnace.


As there are many heating methods in vacuum sintering furnace, more and more people use vacuum sintering furnace to heat. For the heating of vacuum sintering furnace, the most important thing is temperature control. The control object of intelligent temperature control system is vacuum sintering furnace, which is composed of three sintering furnace bodies and one heating furnace body.

When the vacuum sintering furnace is working, the heating furnace body is sleeved outside a certain sintering furnace, and the temperature control required by the vacuum sintering furnace process is realized by electric heating. Because of the different quantity of materials loaded in each sintering furnace and the different structure of each vacuum sintering furnace, different control parameters are needed to control the process temperature of the vacuum sintering furnace. In addition, after sintering process operation is completed in a vacuum sintering furnace, the sintering process needs to be transferred to other workstations automatically.


In order to realize the automatic control of the sintering process, the intelligent temperature control system needs to detect the temperature parameters, process operation parameters and state of the heating furnace body and vacuum sintering furnace at workstations, and ensure the control output of the process temperature control requirements for each workstation.

The sintering process of vacuum sintering furnace mainly includes the following:


1. Detection parameters: temperature values at three temperature detection points of heating furnace body and sintering furnace at each working station, pressure values in vacuum sintering furnace, vacuum degree in furnace, etc.


2. Detection status: overtemperature alarm, overpressure alarm and water shortage alarm of heating furnace body and three-station sintering furnace;


3. temperature control output: electric heating wire conduction control quantity of three temperature control points in heating furnace.


4. Control output: the front, back, left and right movement of the heating furnace body, manual and automatic state switching and other control variables.


The temperature of each vacuum furnace body is sampled by thermocouple, and the temperature measured is compared with the temperature required by the process to calculate the deviation. The PLC calculates the deviation according to a certain rule to control the number of zero-crossing trigger pulses in the control cycle, that is, to control the average power of the furnace body to achieve the deviation. The purpose of controlling temperature.
