At present, most of the 600MW steam turbines at home and abroad are equipped with water ring vacuum pump and jet air pump. The vacuum extraction system mainly includes the sealing device of the steam turbine, the vacuum pump and the corresponding valves, pipelines and other equipment and components.
The vacuum extraction system of a 600MW steam turbine unit of a power plant is as follows: the main pumping pipe of the steam turbine condenser is connected to the extraction system, and the valve, the ejector and the check valve are connected to the vacuum pump. The gas in the water ring vacuum pump through the first and second pressure braid to raise the pressure, and with some sealing water into the gas water separator.
In the separator, water and gas are separated. Most of the gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the upper exhaust pipe. The water separated by the separator is drawn from the lower pipe and sent to the cooler. After cooling, it is returned to the vacuum pump for recycling.
The vacuum pumping system of the unit is equipped with two 100% water ring vacuum pumps. Two are put into operation at the same time when starting. One is running normally and the other is standby.
