vacuum oiling equipment methods and requirements
Vacuum oiling equipment must be vacuum oiled for transformers and reactors of 220kV and above; for 110kV, vacuum oiling should be used. The specific method is to evacuate at an average speed. After reaching the specified vacuum degree and connecting for 2 hours, start filling oil into the transformer tank. The whole process of oil filling should be connected to vacuum, and the temperature of filling oil should be slightly higher than the body temperature. Inject oil into the transformer at a speed of 3～5t/h when it is about 200mm away from the top of the tank, and keep vacuuming. Connection time: 110kV shall not be less than 2h; 220kV shall not be less than 4h.
When the transformer is vacuumized, the elastic deformation of the oil tank must be carefully monitored, and the value should not exceed twice the wall thickness. The limit allowable value of vacuum pumping of transformer is: the capacity of 35kV transformer does not exceed 0.051mpa when its capacity is 4000-31500kva; it does not exceed 0.051mpa when the capacity of 110kV transformer is 16000kva or below, 0.051mpa when 110kV transformer capacity is 20000kva or above, and 0.101MPa for 220kv-330kv transformer.
Light precision filter is mainly used for special fine filtration of solid impurities such as engine oil, smooth oil and insulating oil, especially for high viscosity oil which cannot be filtered by ordinary oil filter. It is the replacement product of plate and frame pressure filter. As for the occasion that only mechanical impurities need to be filtered, this machine is more sensitive, convenient, low cost and high precision than vacuum oil filter. It has a wide range of uses and long service life compared with the general pressure filter. It can be heated at constant temperature to reduce the consistency, and it does not need to change the filter paper. It has high filtering accuracy and stability.

The primary function of electrical insulation oil is cooling and insulation, and it also has the effect of eliminating electric arc when the circuit is cut off. Under the effect of heat and electric field, the oil and oxygen are gradually oxidized to form various oxides, alcohols, aldehydes, acids, etc., and finally form insoluble colloid and oil sludge deposition. These acids reduce the insulation function of the transformer, so it is necessary to filter the transformer oil. And also do exhaust treatment. Because the gas will affect the insulation function of insulating oil. Transformer insulating oil can be filtered by vacuum oil filter.
