It is suitable for pouring under high temperature and high vacuum, so that the fluidity of the mixed adhesive is better, and then the casting body with ideal function is obtained.
The repair should pay attention to several links, disassembly, cleaning, inspection and installation. Vacuum equipment, no matter how large or small, belongs to mechanical equipment, which is very important. Disassembly should follow the principle of handle with care, can not be foolishly, must not hit with a sledgehammer; cleaning parts to be clean, complete, in order to find problems and find out the danger; vacuum pump products and general mechanical products have a big difference, general mechanical products are more chamfered, and vacuum pump corner is clear, easy to hurt hands, should be more careful, remember. Inspection is a meticulous work, every detail should not be left out, and there should be no fluke psychology. There is an equipment that has been stored by the user for 4 years. After the routine cleaning work has been completed, the pipeline has been connected in a conventional way and began to vacuum. However, it can not meet the factory standard. If everything is checked, it is considered that the vacuum hose will not leak. On the contrary, the problem lies in this vacuum hose. What's more, the vacuum pump parts cleaned with gasoline or other solvents must be installed only when the gasoline or solvent is completely volatilized. If the vacuum pump oil is mixed with other oil or solvent or water, its function will be damaged and the function index of vacuum pump will be affected. Rubber ring to wipe clean, carefully check whether there are defects, such as cracks. If the size is correct, pay special attention to the diameter of similar size, such as 3.1 mm and 3 mm; if the size of 5.7 mm and 6 mm is not correct, the sealing will be affected. However, where there is a heating direction of the rubber ring, it is necessary to replace each time when cleaning, such as oil booster pump interface. When installing, the pump parts also need to be handled with care; when tightening the screws, the force should be even and should be tightened from the opposite angle.

When replacing the vacuum pump oil, attention should be paid to the cleaning of residual impurities inside the pump. The vacuum pump oil should be replaced after the vacuum pump has been used continuously for 3-4 months. It is used in the environment with high humidity. Here, it refers to the humidity in the container to be pumped. For example, when the external humidity is very high, the air is often exposed and the air is recovered. At this time, it is said that the humidity is relatively high. If the external humidity is relatively large, the mechanical pump has always been pumping a vacuum equipment, then pumping no longer need to replace the pump oil. Therefore, in the case of high humidity, the oil change period should be shortened as appropriate. The replaced oil can be reused after cleaning and dehumidification.
During the drying process, the operator is required to check the drying condition every hour and make relevant records.
The vacuum gauge and thermometer should be checked regularly. Regularly check that the rotation of the moving parts is flexible enough. If any problem is found, it should be stopped and corrected in time. It is not allowed to use it reluctantly.
