1. 2. Online filtering of hydraulic station of large CNC machine tools: for large CNC machine tools, with the continuous improvement of control system precision, the requirements for system cleanliness are more and more stringent.

At present, the hydraulic system of most CNC machine tools is equipped with precision filtering device, which is often blocked and alarming, and needs frequent cleaning and replacement. According to the needs of different machine tools, the electrostatic oil purifier can be arranged on the oil tank of the hydraulic station of the machine tool. Under the condition that the normal operation of the machine tool is not affected, the static oil purifier can effectively keep the oil cleanliness of the system up to nas7-8 level.

3. Maintenance of large equipment of vacuum oil purifier: it is suitable for lubrication management of equipment with large oil consumption, poor working environment and easy oil pollution in metallurgy, power generation, shipbuilding, papermaking, stamping, injection molding, die casting and other industries, especially for large-scale equipment on line and off-line purification of hydraulic system and lubrication system of the equipment.
