Inclined micro manometer is a portable instrument used in laboratory and factory test station to measure the positive pressure, negative pressure or differential pressure of gas below 2000Pa. The instrument is suitable for use under the condition that the ambient temperature is 10-30 ℃, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, and the measured gas has no corrosive effect on brass and steel.
The inclined micro manometer is a manometer which can change the inclination angle of the measuring tube. Its structure is filled with working liquid (95% alcohol) in the positive pressure vessel. It is connected with the inclined measuring tube, which is marked with a scale of 255 mm in length. The positive pressure vessel is fixed on the base plate with two leveling feet and one fixed foot, the level indicator is fixed on the base plate, and the side of the base plate is also equipped with arc-shaped plate bracket, which can fix the inclining measuring tube on five positions with different inclining angles, and get five different upper limit values of measurement. The numbers 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 on the arc-shaped plate represent the constant factor [R (sin α + F1 / F 2) ].
Adjust the liquid level of the working liquid to zero, and adjust the zero position with the manual knob. The principle is to adjust the depth of the buoy immersed in the working liquid, so as to change the liquid level of alcohol in the positive pressure vessel, so as to adjust the liquid level in the measuring tube to the zero position.
The positive pressure vessel is equipped with a valve, and the rotating valve can make the measured pressure communicate with the vessel or with the measuring pipe.
For the adjustment of the position of the instrument level, the level indicator installed on the bottom plate can be visually measured, and the level of the instrument can be adjusted by manually adjusting the screw thread of the left and right machine feet under the bottom plate.
