With the continuous improvement of automation in various industries, the application of solenoid valve is increasingly extensive. In food processing, hotel catering, scientific research, environmental protection, agriculture, water purifier, water treatment, solar energy and other industries, solenoid valves are playing a role.
Solenoid valve is widely used in industrial production, especially in petrochemical industry. It can be used not only for water, air, neutral gas and other gases and liquids suitable for solenoid valve material, but also as an indispensable part of safety interlock protection system (three-way, four-way, five-way).
The solenoid valve is composed of electromagnetic components and valve body. The electromagnetic components are composed of fixed iron core, moving iron core and coil; the valve body is composed of slide valve core, slide valve sleeve, spring base, etc. When the coil is energized or de energized, the operation of the magnetic core will cause the fluid to pass through the valve body or be cut off to achieve the purpose of switching or changing the direction of the fluid.
In the safety interlock protection system, the solenoid valve mainly includes two position three-way, two position four-way and two position five-way. The meaning of two position is: for the solenoid valve, it is charged or de energized, for the valve controlled, it is open or closed. The two position three-way solenoid valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, electromagnetic components, spring and sealing structure. The sealing block at the bottom of moving iron core closes the air inlet of valve body with the help of spring pressure. When the power is on, the coil is excited and the electromagnet is closed. The sealing block with spring on the upper part of the moving iron core closes the exhaust port, and the air flows into the valve from the air inlet to play a control role; when the power is lost, the electromagnetic force disappears, the moving iron core leaves the fixed iron core under the action of the spring force, and moves downward, opening the exhaust port, blocking the air inlet, and the valve changes the switch state due to the loss of air.
