The application of solenoid valve plays an indispensable role in water-saving irrigation and reducing the labor intensity of landscape workers. However, due to the high cost and short service life of solenoid valve, the maintenance cost of landscaping is increased. All solenoid valves are diaphragm valves, and their working principle is: the valve body is divided into upper and lower chambers, with diaphragm in the middle. Under the condition of the same water pressure, the pressure difference will be generated due to the different stress areas between the upper and lower diaphragms, which makes the diaphragm move downward to cut off the water flow and make the solenoid valve in the closed state. When the remote controller sends the electric signal command or manually rotates the electromagnetic head, the drainage channel is opened, the water in the upper diaphragm chamber is discharged, the indoor pressure is reduced, and the pressure acting on the upper diaphragm is reduced. Under the action of upstream pressure, the diaphragm is pushed to move upward, and the pipeline channel is opened, so that the electromagnetic valve is in the open state, and the water flow is supplied to the irrigation outlet point through the solenoid valve.
2、 In recent years, with the urban landscape function and landscape requirements, saving water resources and reducing the labor intensity of maintenance workers, has become the industry's low-cost pursuit of the wind vane. According to the working principle of solenoid valve, the use of solenoid valve plays an important role in water saving irrigation and semi intelligent operation. Due to the solenoid valve gasket and diaphragm control the disconnection and flow of water, however, in the production process, after the solenoid valve is used for a period of time, the solenoid valve failure occurs frequently, resulting in the failure of the solenoid valve function. Through the disassembly and dissection of the solenoid valve, it is found that the main faults of the solenoid valve are rupture and breakage of the diaphragm.
The main reasons are as follows:
1. The pressure of irrigation system is unstable, which leads to the water pressure varying from big to small. The unbalanced pressure causes repeated impact on the diaphragm, which leads to the decrease of membrane pressure coefficient until rupture.
2. Due to the high temperature, long duration, large water demand of plants, high frequency and long time of solenoid valve use in arid and water deficient areas, the diaphragm is broken.
3. With the change of service cycle, frequency and years of solenoid valve, the pressure bearing capacity of diaphragm becomes poor, which leads to the damage and rupture of diaphragm.
4. The water quality is poor, the content of suspended solids and sediment is high, and the stress of diaphragm working space is uneven, which leads to membrane damage and rupture. Solenoid valve diaphragm is the clutch of solenoid valve to control water flow, and is the core component of solenoid valve.
Since there is no solenoid valve diaphragm on the market, once the diaphragm is damaged, it means that the solenoid valve is scrapped. The market price of an solenoid valve is in the range of hundreds to thousands of yuan. The damage of the diaphragm directly affects the service life of the solenoid valve and the maintenance cost of landscaping.
3、 The key of diaphragm production is the selection of materials. The flexibility, compressive strength, tensile strength and other performance parameters of materials determine the opening degree, sealing effect and service life of diaphragm. Through repeated use of rubber, bakelite, aluminum foil, PE, nylon materials, test, analysis and comparison, nylon materials meet the requirements of the relevant parameters of the solenoid valve diaphragm.
