The whole device adopts an integrated design, sharing a set of pump set and leak detector, with compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient maintenance and daily maintenance.
Vacuum box: all stainless steel design, all surfaces are sandblasted after processing. The vacuum box door is automatic sliding door mechanism, which can be opened and closed easily. For the workpiece filled with helium in the vacuum box, the vacuum box is evacuated to 10-sopa (absolute pressure) by the evacuation pump group. If there is helium leakage in the workpiece, it can be detected by helium mass spectrometer leak detector, and the vacuum box is kept in the vacuum state to detect whether there is leakage;
Evacuation pump group: it is divided into rough pump group and fine pump group. The whole set of evacuation pump is assembled on a movable base, which is located in the center of vacuum tank system. The vacuum degree in vacuum box is pumped to 5-30pa (absolute pressure) by the evacuation pump group, which provides a good environment for helium leak detection.
