difference between explosion-proof solenoid valve and common solenoid valve

Principle of explosion proof solenoid valve:
There are closed cavities in the solenoid valve. Through holes are opened in different directions. Each hole is connected with different oil pipes. The center of the cavity is the piston, and two electromagnets are on both sides. The valve body will be attracted to which side when the magnet coil is energized. The valve body can be opened or closed by manipulating the movement of the valve body. The oil inlet hole is normally open, and the hydraulic oil will enter into different oil drainage pipes and pass through it The oil pressure pushes the piston of the oil cylinder, which in turn drives the piston rod, which drives the mechanical equipment. In this way, the current of the electromagnet is turned off to control the mechanical movement.
Difference between explosion proof solenoid valve and general solenoid valve
The difference between the general solenoid valve and the anti riot solenoid valve is reflected in the junction box. The so-called anti riot means that the current caused by the electromagnetic head lock is not firm enough to ignite the corresponding environmental gas. In other words, the simple point is that the energy required by the action of the electromagnetic head is very dangerous when exposed to combustible gas.
The explosion-proof solenoid valve is to seal all parts of the equipment that may ignite explosive gas mixture in a shell. The shell can withstand the combustible mixture penetrating into the shell through any joint surface or structural vacancy of the shell without damage, and will not cause the ignition of the explosive environment formed by one or more gases or vapors The parts for spark, arc and dangerous temperature are put into the flameproof enclosure, which separates the internal space of the equipment from the surrounding environment. Due to the breathing effect and gas permeation effect of electrical equipment, there may be explosive gas mixture inside the flameproof enclosure.
