3. Before use, the roller surface shall be evenly coated with a layer of roller coating composed of zirconium silicate, corundum sand, kaolin and other main components, which can prevent chemical corrosion on the roller surface;


4. Ceramic rollers should be put into and out of the kiln in a rotating state, and these operations should be completed as quickly as possible.


In addition, we also need to pay attention to: the ceramic roller can not be placed in the air flow, and can not contact with cold objects, it should be placed on the ground covered with insulating ceramic cotton, and the ceramic roller should be covered with ceramic cotton, so that it can be cooled slowly.
