What is vacuum delivery?
The vacuum powder conveying system is a system that achieves the purpose of powder conveying by vacuum suction, combined with filtration, back blowing, discharging, valve control and other comprehensive factors. The second generation: the industrial blowing and suction pump replaces the industrial vacuum cleaner, and adopts the product of organic fiber filtration technology;
The third generation: using vacuum pump and vacuum generator as vacuum source, the filtration system has been improved at the same time, greatly improving the stability of the system.
Compared with the common positive pressure conveying, barrel lifting, conveyor belt and other conveying modes, vacuum conveying can solve many potential safety problems in production through customized and ready-made engineering systems, improve work efficiency, and effectively reduce the loss of materials. Moreover, the most important thing is that it can also be compared with the main conveying modes such as mixer, granulator, tablet press, coating machine, capsule filling machine, packaging machine, etc To use the process equipment, these are incomparable with other powder conveying technology.
Why vacuum conveying?
As we all know, different industries are bound to have huge differences in material properties, production regulations and safety. For example, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, although their products are small powder particles, and even some products have the same composition, but their production regulations, safety issues and quality control are quite different. As for other industries, the difference is even greater. Some industries use high-strength and hard materials, some industries produce materials with strong hygroscopicity, and in additive manufacturing industry, super heavy powder weighing 4-5.6kg/m2 will be used.
To say the least, even in the same industry, different users will have different needs, for example, some want more thorough automation; some want a cleaner working environment, reduce human and management costs; some want to increase production. Various different production conditions make it impossible for many conveying methods to be comprehensive, but these are often unable to defeat experienced vacuum conveying equipment manufacturers.

For example, the vacuum sources corresponding to different materials and conveying processes are different. For lighter products such as plastic particles, the vacuum pump can be equipped with a turbine fan; for heavier powders, the vacuum generator, roots vacuum pump, water circulation vacuum pump and other equipment with high air and high air volume are needed to complete the transmission.
In addition, the design of the vacuum conveying system can also be adjusted according to the production situation on site. For example, in the pharmaceutical industry, some drugs need to be wrapped with wax. Although the wax conveying process is very simple, due to the low melting point of wax, the situation similar to that of conveying plastic particles will be encountered, that is, the wax is easy to become soft and sticky at room temperature. Therefore, the equipment manufacturer can make the process between the melting tank and the spray ring far away from the conveying equipment when the system is designed, so that the heat emitted from the melting tank will not cause too much influence on the temperature in the conveying equipment, so as to ensure that the wax will not melt during transportation.
