Vacuum oil injection is necessary for transformer and reactor of vacuum oil injection equipment of 220 kV and above, and vacuum oil injection is suitable for 110 kV. The specific way is to vacuum at an average speed, and after reaching the specified vacuum degree and connecting for 2 hours, start to inject oil into the transformer tank. During the whole process of oil injection, vacuum should be connected, and the temperature of oil injection should be slightly higher than the body temperature. When the oil is injected into the transformer at a speed of 3-5 t/h, it will be restrained at a distance of about 200 mm from the top of the box, and the vacuum will continue to be pumped. The connecting time shall be no less than 2 hours for 110 kV and no less than 4 hours for 220 kV. The elastic deformation of the oil tank must be carefully monitored when the transformer pumps vacuum. The maximum value of the elastic deformation is not more than twice the wall thickness. The limit allowable value of transformer vacuum pumping is: 35 kV transformer capacity does not exceed 0.051 Mpa in 4000-31500 kVA; 110 kV transformer capacity does not exceed 0.051 Mpa in 1600 kVA and below; 110 kV transformer capacity does not exceed 0.051 Mpa in 2000 kVA and above; 220 kV-330 kV transformer does not exceed 0.101 Mpa.
