What are the common impurities in vacuum oil filter

Vacuum oil filter can be used in many ways with complete functions. It can not only be used for dehydration, degassing, three groups (coarse, medium and fine) filters, adsorption and regeneration, but also provide the functions of vacuum dehydration and degassing, impurity removal and regeneration adsorption.

Safe and reliable, pressure, temperature, liquid level have clear data indication and mechanical automatic control. High efficiency, economy and low operation cost. It is a kind of equipment with complete functions and advanced performance.

Why do we use vacuum oil filter to filter impurities in oil?

When the power equipment is working, it is necessary to inject high-quality hydraulic oil into it. At this time, in order to ensure the quality of the oil, vacuum oil filter is usually used to filter the oil first. After filtering the impurities, the quality of the oil will be improved, which will also make the work of the power equipment more smooth.

Vacuum oil filter is a kind of equipment for filtering and Replenishing Oil for various transformers, mutual inductors and other power equipment. It has the characteristics of small volume and light weight. There is a filter element installed on the oil filter. When the oil is filtered, impurities will be filtered out by the filter element, so as to improve the quality of the oil

1. Remove solid impurities by oil filter paper;

2. Water and gas are removed by atomization and vacuumization;

3. By heating the oil, water evaporation and gas precipitation are promoted.

The common impurities include mechanical impurities and precipitated impurities

1. Mechanical impurities

Mechanical impurities refer to the sum of the amount of substances in petroleum or petroleum products that are not melted in oil and specified solvents. Such as sand, dust, iron filings, fibers and some insoluble salts.

2. Precipitated impurities

Total sediment refers to all inorganic and organic substances (ISO definition) that are insoluble in solvents (such as toluene) in oil products, and is one of the specifications of medium and heavy fuel oil. The precipitate is often some mechanical impurities, or it is introduced in the process of processing, transportation and storage. The high content of sediment is easy to block the filter, nozzle, valve, etc., and cause or aggravate the wear of machine parts.
