Ceramic wear-resistant steel pipe is made by self propagating high-temperature synthesis centrifugal method. The melting point of corundum in ceramic steel pipe is 2045 ℃, and the corundum layer and steel layer have special structure and special stress field due to technological reasons. At room temperature, the ceramic layer is under compressive stress, and the steel layer is subjected to tensile stress. The two are in unity of opposites, forming a balanced whole. Only when the temperature rises above 400 ℃, because of the difference of thermal expansion coefficient, the new stress field generated by thermal expansion and the original stress field in ceramic pipe cancel each other, making the ceramic layer and steel layer in free balance.
When the temperature rises to 900 ℃, the ceramic lined wear-resistant steel pipe is put into the cold water for many times, and the composite layer does not crack or crack, showing the incomparable thermal shock resistance of ordinary ceramics. This performance is very useful in engineering construction, because its outer layer is steel, and the inner layer does not crack due to temperature rise. During construction, flange, purge port and explosion-proof door can be welded, and can also be connected by direct welding method, which is not easy to weld than wear-resistant cast stone pipe, wear-resistant cast steel pipe, rare-earth wear-resistant steel pipe, bimetal composite pipe, steel plastic pipe and steel rubber pipe It's better not to weld. The ceramic lined wear-resistant steel pipe has good mechanical impact resistance, and the composite layer does not crack and fall off when it is transported, installed and knocked, or when the two supports are bent and deformed.
