Water ring vacuum pump has compact structure and convenient maintenance, so what is the pipeline installation between gas and water separators? The exhaust pipe of a water ring vacuum pump or compressor is connected with the intake pipe of a gas-water separator. When used as a compressor, the exhaust pipe of a gas-water separator is connected with a system utilizing compressed gas. Generally speaking, it is required that the pipeline should not be too long and the turning should not be too fast. When used as a water-ring vacuum pump, the gas is discharged from the exhaust port of the water-gas separator to the atmosphere. In order to improve the working environment, the gas can be drained out of the working place through the pipeline. The inlet pipes of SK water ring vacuum pump or compressor should be equipped with gate valves to shut down before stopping, so as to prevent the water in the water ring vacuum pump or compressor from returning to the system under the pressure of the exhaust pipe. In order to work conveniently, it is better to install a vacuum meter between the intake port and the valve so as to check whether the water ring vacuum pump is working properly at any time. When used as a compressor, a gate valve should be installed on the exhaust pipe of the gas-water separator (preferably a one-way valve to ensure that the gas does not return to the system in case of abnormal conditions), and a pressure gauge should be installed between the exhaust pipe and the valve to check whether the pressurized gas has reached the required pressure at any time.

The problem of holding axle of water-ring vacuum pump mainly starts from bearing components. The reasons are as follows: the quality of bearing itself is different, or the wear and aging caused by long-term operation. Furthermore, in the assembly process, the requirements of bearing positioning and design are very different, the positioning is inaccurate, the selection of components is unreasonable, and the quality of lubricating oil is also related to this situation. The occurrence of the situation, if the overall vibration of the pump is too large and so on, is also caused by this reason. The above reasons are the problems that lead to the axle-holding phenomenon of 2BV water-ring water-ring vacuum pump. Users can judge which component is caused according to these conditions, so that remedial methods can be made in a short time without hindering normal production and operation.
