Adopt high efficiency and low resistance plate type, reduce the temperature of the kettle, appropriate reflux, set up the distillation process of reasonable utilization of all levels of energy; try to use instrument control or microcomputer automatic control system to make the equipment in a better load state.

The relationship between Vapor-Liquid Ratio should be paid more attention to in order to increase the vapor-liquid flux per unit tower section, especially in the design of mash tower. 4. Fully consider the amplification effect of the tower. Especially for the tower equipment with an annual output of more than 15000 tons, since the diameter of the tower is more than 1.5 meters, active and advanced measures should be taken to reduce the reduction of separation efficiency.
