Installation of pump and motor, installation of pipeline between vacuum pump and gas water separator and installation of gas water separator.
Vacuum pump accessories installation process:
1. Installation of pumps and motors for vacuum pump fittings: When installing pumps and motors for vacuum pump fittings, the vacuum pump and compressor should rotate the coupling manually before installation to verify whether there is any card or other damage in the pump.
2. Pipeline installation between vacuum pump and gas-water separator: the exhaust pipe of vacuum pump or compressor is connected with the inlet pipe of gas-water separator, the flange of pipeline is connected, and the gasket is used to make it close reliably. The inlet pipe of vacuum pump or compressor should be equipped with a storage valve, and a pressure gauge is installed between the exhaust pipe and the valve.
3. Installation of gas water separator for vacuum pump fittings: gas water separator is installed on the foundation according to the outline drawing.
