Nitriding treatment: refers to the surface treatment of nitrogen atoms in chemical treatment process by some media. Nitriding treatment products have good wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature performance.
Oil and gas deoiling method can be used immediately after nitriding the surface clean part before most of the nitriding. Some parts also need gasoline to clean better, but in the final process of nitriding, if polishing, grinding, polishing and other ways, may hinder the nitriding surface layer, resulting in post-nitriding, nitriding layer is not uniform or bending defects. At this time, one of the following two methods should be used to remove the surface layer. Before the first method, oil is added to the nitriding gas. The alumina powder is then used to grind and clean the surface. The second method is phosphate coating surface treatment (phosphate coating).
Air Removal from Nitriding Furnace
The parts to be treated are placed in the nitriding furnace and heat sealed on the cover. They must be heated to work before 150 degrees Celsius to remove the air from the furnace.
The main function is to eliminate the furnace, prevent the explosive gas from contacting with the air when ammonia decomposes, and carry out treatment to prevent surface oxidation and bracket. They use ammonia and nitrogen as gases.

The correct installation of sealing caps on the parts to be processed will start with anhydrous ammonia, which may cause as much traffic as possible.
Automatic control of furnace temperature setting and heating at 150 C (furnace temperature is not higher than 150 C).
When the vent in the furnace is less than 10%, or contains more than 90% NH3 exhaust gas, the furnace temperature rises to nitriding.
