Vacuum furnace structure:

The structure of vacuum furnace is generally composed of main engine, furnace, electric heating device, sealed furnace shell, vacuum system, power supply system, temperature control system and outside conveyor.
 (1) vacuum furnace shell:
 The sealed shell is welded with carbon steel or stainless steel, and the joint surface of the detachable part is sealed by vacuum sealing material. In order to prevent the deformation of the shell after heating and the deterioration of the sealing material, the furnace shell is usually cooled by water cooling or air cooling.
 (2) vacuum furnace:
 The furnace is located in the sealed furnace shell. According to the use of the furnace, the furnace is equipped with different types of heating elements, such as resistance, induction coil, electrode and electron gun.
 (3) Crucible:
 The vacuum furnace for smelting metals is equipped with a crucible, and some are equipped with automatic pouring devices and manipulators for loading and unloading materials.
 (4) vacuum system:
The vacuum system of vacuum furnace is mainly composed of vacuum pump, vacuum valve and vacuum gauge.

When the diffusion pump is heated to a specified temperature and the vacuum degree is higher than the specified value, the high valve opens, the bypass valve closes, and the front valve opens. At this time, the vacuum chamber is pumped high vacuum, after the vacuum degree meets the technical requirements, the heat treatment can be carried out. After the hot working process is completed, the vacuum chamber filled with high purity nitrogen is forced to cool by heat exchanger, and the whole process is completed.
