How to improve the uniformity of the temperature of fast quenching furnace


1. The burner should be properly arranged according to different heat treatment skills. Generally, multiple points on both sides can be selected and evenly stagger each other. At low incineration load, the temperature of the non-uniformity will be very significant, therefore, must ensure that more than two burner operation, before the uniformity.


2. High speed burner should be used to make the burned goods spew out at high speed (50-1oom/s), which can greatly strengthen the convection heat transfer in the furnace, promote the air circulation at high speed, improve the temperature uniformity of the furnace, advance the heating speed and save energy.


3. Smoke outlet should be placed in the middle of the top of the furnace, so that the burner out of the high temperature smoke flow to the smoke outlet, extend its journey in the furnace, and then improve the furnace temperature uniformity.


4. The temperature uniformity in the furnace can be significantly improved by using a high-power circulating fan to make full use of the waste gas heat in the furnace to strengthen the flue gas recycling. In the furnace body and excellent sealing under the condition of using high speed burner, furnace temperature difference can be manipulated in ~ 3-5 ℃. The heat is recovered and the heat transfer speed, production power and thermal power are advanced.


5. Between the furnace body and the trolley should choose mechanical or hydraulic lifting mechanism, can be up and down; Sealing materials with sand, aluminum silicate refractory fiber, water-cooled rubber, etc. The seal between the furnace body and the furnace door is made of flexible seal structure, which is pressed by independent liquid, air pressure or mechanical equipment.


6. When the rapid quenching furnace furnace by multiple burners heating, high and low temperature load difference, choose timing control each burner switch to replace heating, can advance temperature uniformity.


7. By changing the burner pulse burning frequency to regulate the furnace heating load can also advance temperature uniformity.
